RanchPure’s journey starts on Paradise Ranch of the Rockies, located on the beautiful western slope of Colorado. Each morning we are blessed at our ranch with a delicate gentle sunrise nestled in the majestic care of the San Juan Mountain range. Our plants have been cared for and curated from season to season to create each year’s vintage. Only female plants are used to create big, beautiful flower buds, dense with cannabinoid trichomes. We select the finest genetics to provide not only a superior CBD profile, but also an amazing taste for the consumable products and a wonderful bouquet to make our topicals extremely unique. Once our plants go into the field they are cared for by organic and sustainable standards, nothing artificial, no pesticides and with our family, friends, customers and Mother Earth in mind.
As the season progresses through HOT summer days and cool summer nights, our plants grow vibrantly and happily with as little disturbance as possible. We let mother nature’s biologicals care for them, we release thousands of LadyBugs, Praying Mantis and beneficial nemetodes to keep things in a healthy balance. We are able to watch our plants blossom into the amazing plants that have helped so many find a healthier balance in their lives.
As the days shorten, the nights become crisp and the sunsets tell us of approaching winter, we prepare to harvest. We do NOT combine our fields, but harvest by hand. We care for each plant from the field to the curing barn. Much like tobacco, we hang our hemp plants to properly cure. Curing has been a process used for decades to prepare fresh, green plants to help remove the chlorophyll and prepare it for consumption. Tobacco has been air cured, at times (though very rare) fire or flue cured with heat and smoke, or sun cured (though less desirable with hemp) and very, very rarely will a fermentation or sweating cure be done. We air cure, protecting the tender cannabinoids from any degradation from the sunlight or added heat. With tobacco it is called color curing, and although the color change in hemp is more subtle, it produces a sweeter, more aromatic flavor.
The first stage of curing is on the stem. Once the desired moisture level is met, as determined by our lead curator, the hemp goes through a process called shucking. Shucking is where the hemp is removed from the stalks and sorted into graded bins. The hemp now undergoes further curing in the storage bins. Some of the bins undergo an aging process of several days to possibly months. Once the proper aroma and moisture is met, the cured hemp flower is off to processing. We process most of the hemp into a full spectrum whole flower hemp crude oil that is then used to create the RanchPure products. Some select flower buds are cured with even more attention, to create special smokables. Smokables can vary from more bulk, economy blends, with some coming from a handful of our partnering Ranchers. A constant battle in the attainment of beautiful flower buds is pollen from other farms that may not be controlling their pollen and male plants. Those seasons that we are blessed with less interference from other farms where mother nature puts all of it together in harmony, will deliver special smokables; unique and hand cared for throughout the entire curation, creating rare vintages.

RanchPure’s Quality and Assurance
When you purchase a CBD / HEMP product from RanchPure, trust that you’re getting exactly what it says on the label. Not only is our CBD content accurate, but so are our ingredients and purity. All of our full spectrum products contain less than the legally permitted THC level of .3%, from approved Industrial Hemp. What does that mean? Industrial Hemp is the species of cannabis that has been approved for use for Hemp products as long as the THC levels are below .3%. Full spectrum comes from using the aerial / flower portions of the Hemp plant in their entirety in order to have the full range of cannabinoids and terpenes available from each variety. Full spectrum products contain all parts of the hemp plant and more than sixty cannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD) and THC. CBD isolate products are made with hemp oil that has been purified to remove all additional substances, including THC. The result is pure CBD.
